Adam Riera was great, professional, and thorough. Spent the time to answer all our questions, and provided recommendations for the AC unit. He deserves 5 stars. It would have been nice to receive better customer service and not be told that we are next in line many hours before the technician could make it to the house. I bought my furnace and heat pump system from them 4 years ago now and they have been top notch.  Excellent yearly service, always leaving the area cleaner than they found it, helpful tips and refreshers on programming my thermostat.  They have always been on time in the window quoted by their helpful office staff (I always have questions). My last service with Stephen Patterson was even some extra effort as he did the math on my pressures and electrical components to make sure they were still well within the healthy ranges as the furnace gets older.  Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience with Francis Home. Our (older model) AC unit fizzed out just as the hot weather arrived in Ottawa. Francis was able to send a repair technician in less than 48 hours after my call, which was pretty impressive for a non-emergency during a busy time of year. Adam, the technician, was unbelievably friendly, professional, and his advice really helped us keep our repair costs down. The whole process took less than 3 hours and that’s including a mid-stream trip to source a new part for our AC.

We live in Ottawa’s east end and I would absolutely recommend Adam and Francis Home to anybody who faced the same challenge that we did.
